Just reported an auction as scam, please have a close look at it.
I'd say it is this "unqiue" item every player could obtain after completing Hell's Precipice.

It appears all claims about the item as stated in the auction are correct, so not really a scam... dumb asking price, yes, but I do not believe it qualifies as a scam.

Yes, you are right, all details are described - but where I live it's called unconscionable [price] (and perhaps attempted deception, because "inherent" + "old school" aren't attributes for a "unique" [green] item).

The most likely outcome is no one will ever bid on that item, but yes, were someone to pay that price, there is the possibility the buyer was unaware of the "market" value... or the item may hold that value for a buyer.

"Buyer Beware" is the mantra, and a willing Seller and willing Buyer set the market, not the price police.

I believe "Old School" refers to an item which does not have an "Inscription Slot" and "Inherent" refers to the attribute that would be the equivalent of an inscription slot but cannot be changed.

Both are true of the maul if it is green, and it differentiates it from the "Deldrimor Maul" that is inscribable:
