Customized items...you're doing it wrong.

You an pick customized items and 'try them out' with dyes.
But you still can't pick items that are tagged so you can't drop them or trade them.
I don't remember if you can drop costumes.

That... whoever figured that out, well, he just managed to retroactively impress me big time. I'd never have thought of it...

Most people figure that out by themselves like I did.
Still, it is not perfect. You can only try one piece of equipment at a time, and only those that accept dyes. Accepting dyes is not the same as being dyeable.
Many /bonus weapons and several items that drop accept dyes without changing colors. And many items that do not accept dyes have different colored versions in Unique weapons.

I was using my alt account in RA yesterday, as it has a free PvP slot, and I just felt like having a bit of fun. After crushing it with a team missing the standard cookie cutter format that is so often considered the "only thing to run if you want to win", one of the people we beat at around win #21 or so PMs me to say that my bar sucked, that it wasn't meta and we would only lose the next round. I dismiss him and a few minutes later get the oh so lovely "LOL 32/50 you suck!" Thats right, there are people who have little better to do then to search HoM calc to throw it on your face... Love when this happens on an alt Oh and to boot he proceeds to tell me in russian... When I laugh him off he then calls me a fat american burger eater.

I was in a fissure of woe and asked the rit to stay in forge to send the mage (I was t1 ranger, was only gonna be 1-2minutes) he didnt bother and then when I asked him why not he said:
"Thats not how DL do it, you think i'm some noob?", I'm in DL. Needless to say when he found this out he seemed quite the moron!
I also found it funny of all the high end sc guilds he could have picked, he picked the one I was in. Made my day!

Not really stupid but worth sharing. Happened in april 2011.
Guys selling unid golds, i bought 7 just for the hell of it.
Had 4 CC in the middle, including a q9 healing. Tell him i'll pay 10e since i like the skins.
He proceeds to deny and makes me pay only 5k. I feel sad to this day.

FYI My main is 10/50
While I get that it can net you rewards in the next game, so what? It's not like they are exclusive rewards, they won't be "special" on account that like 20 thousand people wil have them. Not exclusive; don't care. I'll play Guildwars2 like I play any normall game.
Only title I deliberately sought was Legendary Defender, all others was by chance of playing the game.

This kid doesn't know how to scam.
He was WTS a Charr Bag in Kamadan for 75k.
I was bored, so I decided to play along... and waste 15 minutes of my life..
