well i have gotten the problem fixed now but i just have a question about it. when i got NF and i added the key to my account, i hadnt installed NF because there was no need to, the game ran fine with out it being installed. when i typed in /preorder to get te preorder stuff the picture of the factionspreorder stufgf came up but for the NF items there was an under construction symbol. the next day when i put in /preorder all four of the items came up with an under construction symbol. so i decided to go ahead and install the NF disk to see if that would help and sure enough it did. i was just wondering what would cause this. thnx in advance for any help.

The under construction symbol i think is just a place holder your version of the game hasnt gotten to that file yet? or something like that. I also had a ranger mask that was under construction for a coupla weeks, that one I think they were fixing the skin. But this was back when factions first started up.

The under construction symbol represents an item that has yet to be streamed/downloaded to your system. When you installed NF from the CD it added the graphics for that item. Thus fixing the item in your inventory. For those rare occasions when a graphic is being edited by the Dev team it will also appear until it is replaced and streamed to your system. This also has occured after some new updates.
