TexMod no longer working?

I have TexMod setup on my PC to run carto clearing mods and I can't get it working now - every time I run it, GW will say it's connecting on the splash screen, then it closes that window and then re-opens a new connecting splash screen and sure enough when I log into the game, the carto mods aren't loaded.

Is there anything I can do to fix it and stop it from loading these fresh textures instead of the ones that were perfectly fine earlier in the week? I don't want to have to put my carto aside until after they eventually roll out CNY to stop them forcing updates on it?
