Question on Distracting Shot mechanics
Did a quick search and didn't find anything:
A Mo/Me with Mantra of Concentration up starts casting Healing Seed on a teammate. An enemy Ranger sees this and hits the monk with Distracting Shot. What happens? 1. Healing Seed resolves and recharges normally. 2. Healing Seed resolves normally, but takes an additional 20 seconds to recharge. 3. Healing Seed is disabled for 20 seconds, and so the caster is presented with "That skill is still recharging" on resolution. 4. Some other possibility I haven't thought of. |

The healing seed resolves and recharges normally.

#1 is correct, the Distracting Shot has no effect. You can test this for yourself with the conveniently placed devourer outside Augury Rock in Prophet's Path.
