Need a Ranger HM Deadbow Solo/2 Man Farming Build

I didn't see one, so I thought I would ask.

I am wondering if anyone knows of a good Deadbow Farming build for a Ranger to solo or two man farm in Hard Mode. I usually farm outside Bergen Hot Springs. I have tried a few general Ranger Farming builds that rely on Troll Unguent for healing but with the poison and cast time I can't stay alive. Also, I don't know how to counter the skill disabling. Any ideas?

There was once a build that people used there for their rangers. It used a monk secondary with Smiting Prayers. Not sure if it still works, or if it does at all in HM. Something along the lines of using Judges Insight, Balthazar's Spirit, and possibly Barrage, but I'm not 100% sure on this. It has been quite a while since I have seen this build or used it myself.

Judge's insight seems good (holy damage), same with Balth Spirit and maybe essence Bond for energy management. Holy Veil, perhaps, as a defense against hexes? As for the degen, perhaps [skill]Melandru's Ressilience[/skill] is a better elite choice. That would free up a few pips of energy regen (as well as giving free health regen), since you'll be constantly hit with condition and hexes, and I don't think there are stance removal skills there, while the horsemen have enchantment removal.

Don't know if there are horsemen there, though, so you might be safe. I do know that 55 monks/necros solo that area pretty often, and they manage, so there is a way.

I never did try farming there... might give it a shot later.

EDIT: You can add stuff like Light of Deldrimor for holy PbAoE damage and Volley instead of barrage.
