I just noticed this at the bottom of every Guru page today:

Is this new? or have I just never noticed it before today?

ArenaNet owns Guru? Sounds like the own the content on Guru at the least...

It's my understanding that anything on this site containing GuildWars or GuildWars-derived material is the intellectual and copyrighted property of ArenaNet and thus falls into that category.

They don't own us, that is, GWG by any means, nor do they provide any services to us other than the posts of the CR and NCsoft personnel as well as feedback on our site performance.

The wording is pretty ambiguous, but that's how I understand it.

It's the same with every other site that displays GW-related stuff as well. Anet owns all property dispersed anywhere if it is their intellectual contrivance.
