Default (Auction) What's going on?

Warning this is a rant!

Ok I don't know if this is the right forum but I'm sick of writing e-mails which have no replies.

My problem is that the item I won in an auctions has not been delivered and I cannot have answers from the auctioner or from the auction administrator.
I tried to contact both by emails and tried to find the (put IGMS here) online for almost a week to trade the item: Rajazan's Fervor, but he/she was not online never! Beside with this weekend event there were more people online than ever.

I think the vendor has put me on the ignore list because I cannot believe he was not online for a whole week!

I sent an email to the vendor telling him/her that it was ok if he did not wish to trade but I need to know, please!
I could see he has delivered the other two swords reading his feedback, so what's going on?

I also need to hear from Dralspire too ...... everyone is ignoring me and I don't like to leave a bad feedback, but if this continue I'll have no choices!

Darn I'm really p..... ..f! This is not a nice way to treat a person, at least answer me back please!

Hello,

Thank you for voicing your opinion. Regarding the seller, I can really just advise you to wait (personally I wait 7 days) and then leave appropriate feedback.

Regarding my own reply, I would like to point out some factors you may find interesting. On the one hand, I receive massive amounts of auction e-mails, so replies naturally take some time. On the other hand, approx. 80% of complaints about sellers are followed up within 3-7 days with e-mails along the line "whoopsie, sorry, seller came through for me in the end, please ignore my previous e-mail".

I do read every e-mail I receive, and I act on each received e-mail in the appropriate manner. However, I do give sellers the benefit of the doubt (i.e. some time to deliver prior to reviewing the matter for potential administrative action) unless their feedback already indicates prior violations.

Have a happy day.
