What about a hat that makes your whole head invisible? That would be better then these two face paints that both show teeth they both have blacked out eyes, the both show you blinking through the black, they both show the cheek bones, they both show the teeth. The only difference is well, the name and and a bit of well skin or lack of it.

Lots of armor is 'rehashed'. Need an example? There are a few, but I'll just show you one. This isn't as much of a rehash as some of the armor sets, so stop complaining about something that isn't even usable as armor (unless you run a 600 or 55 build).

Um, ^^^ Thanks for that. Can you go back and read my earlier post? You will see that I am a monk and I run both the 600 Smite (on my obsidian armor that HAS NO HEADGEAR cause they DID NOT MAKE ONE) and I run my lowest lvl armor with the Ice Crown cause the hat with candles on top of it is neat but corny on a Male Monk.

These hats I run all the time. I loved the first ones as they can be Dyed. Why not let us dye the face pain like red or something or add something so that they are not the same.

Do not not admit that no face at all no head would be better?

I am sorry that you can not see there is a HUGE difference in the armors that you posted.

Lets see. the one on the left will be armor set 1) and the one on the right will be armor set 2.

First off the headgear that you are showing is totally different.
1) has Filigree 2) has Celtic Design

Chest
1) Metal formed Beast Cups with BONE tips and stomach muscles accented
2) An Eagle Formation from the top of the Bosom and fabric from the waist to the armpit

Waist Armor has the Biggest difference of all
1) looks like a gaggid Loin cloth with sharp defined edges
2) soft edges with again the Celtic feel

Legs- I am going to stop at the legs cause well the feet have toes on the 1 and no toes on 2 so that's a huge diffference

2) NO stockings

a) These are two totally different armors that are DYED the EXACT SAME COLOR.

You can not dye a hat - well not now but the old ones you can still get them and dye them.

b) You had the choice to get these armors - no choice in hats

c) Comparing Apples to Oranges is not the same as Armor to Hats.

I won't argue armor with you anymore, but I will point out one thing you don't seem to understand.

That quote is PERSONAL OPINION. Each person can have their own, and because someone has one different than you does not make them, or you wrong. Pick any armor you want, and I can find at least one person who will think it looks bad and should be replaced. Same with the festival hats.

The Zombie and Skeleton do not look alike, and there are plenty of people who like the Skeleton Facepaint a LOT.

the charr one looks very silly on everything BUT my war in Norn Armor. It actually looks kind kewl.

I wanted something that would have been great with my monk other than the Ice Crown that I wear.

those armors are equally similar as compared with face paint and skeleton face

WE have a wreath hat with candles on it. We have dragon masks..2 of them.

You miss the point that they're both armors using the same model, but a different design over the mesh. and when it comes down to it, they look the same, except where they're different, much as the face paints

We've been having similar hats for years. There's 2 lots of antlers, 2 different pumpkins. A couple of different dragons...and they have been different. The only mask to be repeated is the CNY Lion Mask


You may not like it but I know i'm not the only one who does. To use a food analogy, since you like them, some people like Marmite, and for some the thought of Marmite makes them gag.

The Skellie paint is different enough for my tastes to that which has gone before. Seriously I feel you're overreacting to what is, pretty much a minor matter. So you don't like the mask. Shrug it off and move on to the next event rather than throwing your toys out the pram for something most people wear for a day, then likely just show to the Festival Hat guy and forget about

I don't see how these look any more 'the same' than many reskin armors, like the necromancer armor posted above (there are many more like that). If you can't see the similarities between those two armor sets, you must be blind. If you can't see the differences between the zombie and skeleton face paints, you must be blind. The zombie is a face in decomposition, the skeleton is a bare skull (no skin).

As much as i can remember, no one complained about how the first and second year Christmas hats were near enough identical, if not the second year one was a little droopy, but they were essentially the exact same santa hat we all came to love. If anything, people were arguing which hat was more awesome, rather than complaining of the lack of imagination being put into it.

Ahh 2 ^^ I see the MASKS that are not the same!! oh wait, on BOth there is NO NOSE..its kinda gone with the holes there..um yeah that looks the same..

WAIT, then there are the eyes, well they don't have eyes just black spots where the eyes should be..but they both blink as if they have eyes but they do not have eyes but why do they blink if there are no eyes. Both blink? is that the same? Wait. not its the same never mind...

So teeth , rats that's EXACTLY the same there to, there are no lips. The lips are gone showing the teeth.

What about the color? Nope there too cause they are Both UNDYEABLE

Someone mentioned that the lion masks are the same, well I beg to differ there cause I just dyed my Lion Mask Black last night.
