No +5k faction cap for Codex Initiate

I think you've made a small miscalculation somewhere
10 + 40+ 35 + 25 + 5 = 115
so you're either missing 15K instead of 5, or you've miscalculated somewhere

The 40k for the hero title should be 30k

10 + 30 + 35 + 25 + 5 = 105k

Still don't know why he doesn't have that last 5k though

Because of your commander title, you won't get any bonus from Codex until you hit tier8.

Some people say its due to this, some claim they got +5k regardless, and some say it's gonna be updated. Kinda confused ;/

hmmm, interesting. Would anyone else be gracious enough to post their title screen with a codex title? for comparison. it would be nice to know if other people are experiencing this bug or if it is just u ;-). also would help to test this commander title theory.
