-I managed SF before heroes even existed so that must be fairly trivial nowadays.
-I hear FoW is easy too, even in HM (though I haven't H/Hed it myself).
-Deep is mostly easy if you're familiar with the rooms. If you're completely unprepared you can stuff up rather quickly - the scorpion room comes to mind.
-I've never H/Hed Urgoz.
-UW requires very particular tactics and is easy to fail. If you only want to do one then avoid this - it's probably the hardest of the lot.
-DoA, which you didn't list, is doable with some effort. City and Veil go down relatively easily, while Gloom and Foundry have some particularly tricky spots. It's fun to do, nonetheless.
PS: In case you're thinking otherwise, Eternal Conqueror of X isn't actually a title, just an achievement for the HoM.

FoW NM is pretty much impossible to fail with any PVX team. Same about FoW. Urgoz and The Deep recuires som reading to manage it, and UW is by a far the hardest because of the 4 horsemen encounter along with Dhuum.

SF-easy, just takes a fair while to do all the inital quests iirc.
FoW-Easy h/h 1hr
Deep-read up on rooms, may take a few goes, but doable in 40mins ish.
Urgoz-Should be mostly easy but the final fight may be a little iffy is you go EoE route, dont know how heroes will respond to that.
DoA-doable as you can build to counter each area/dont have to do it all in one.
UW-The hardest, will take a lot of trying to get the tactics down for 4H etc.

Urgoz is prone to fackups because you have to micro your heroes to move all the time to kite the bombs. Otherwise what you do is lay out one load of nukes then run away, since Urgoz doesn't heal.

I just did SF over the last weekend with just heroes--didnt even die once, pretty dang easy -even the final assault! Best thing about SF is that if you DIE you have rez shrines (if the npc you are watching dies, then you fail)....so even easier.
FOW is also pretty dang easy with just heroes (hubby and I used to do 2 man with 3 heroes each before the 7 hero update and had no issues).

Bring EoE on your bar, put it somewhere in range of Urgoz but where no bombs spawn, there are some spots but I don't know them, let your heroes bring him below 90 and start running like nuts. Bring some defense skills, he hits hard in HM..

Sorrow's is the easiest one for sure!
Just get to War Camp, take 5 quests and follow the dwarves.

Fow i did first time with 7 heros - i just killed all normal spawns first then did the missions , actually seemed easy even tho it took a few hrs and zero knollege of fow.
Sorrows i cant recall if i did it with 7 heros or hench + heros but did that first time on a mes ( panic worked a treat there ) .
Doa ive never tried but i guess it would be one of the hardest , urgoz and uw and the deep ive never really tried but i do know there was 2 threads on doing uw and either the deep or urgoz ( forgot which ) with hero setups and i think info on doing.

I've tried all elite missions with 7H - FoW and Deep are easiest but Deep is fastest: about 40 min without cons.

FoW NM is easy enough to be used to collect XP for the Survivor title track. SF is easier but is a lot of running back and forth.

Oh, I managed to find a way. Steamrolled the whole place and then went to the forest and just started C spacing everything in sight. I suddenly get the dreaded "Mission Failed" and booted. I didn't pay attention to see that you can't just go kill the Wailing Lord or you lose. So with OP heroes, be sure you don't let them engage him, use a bow to pull the banshees across the bridge.

FoW NM would be easiest. Either bring a few characters with FallBack or use an EoC to speed up run times. I think the most time consuming part of FoW is the travelling from group to group.

/agree
sf takes very little effort, a little flagging at points but nothing too difficult. same thing with fow. the others you should learn a little about before trying them.

Regarding Urgoz 7H: I always go with EoE + "By Ural's Hammer!". Just need to put a hero with EoE (and a rez incase of an 'ohshi' moment perhaps) in a safe spot while you run around. The heros can die whenever they want really..just keep on bringing them back up with BUH, they'll do some increased damage before blowing up and taking a load of spores with them.
Rince. Repeat. Win.
