Default scythe ranger or warrior

I was comparing the (warrior's) Enduring Scythe and the (ranger's) Pet Scythe builds from pvxwiki, and was curious as to which mold has greater dps potential, what their respective advantages are, or if one just trumps the other one on all counts?

Thanks.

Ranger has Bleeding (lol), Deep Wound, and a pet for extra damage and bodyblocking.

Warrior has Strength for armor penetration and SY for defense.

I'd say Warrior is better if you don't already have an Imbagon or someone else spamming SY. Otherwise, Ranger is better.

Pets in PvE are bad anyway, even with the changes anet made a while back. Warrior's build is better for HM and ranger's for NM imo. Save Yourselves counters the high damage dealers in HM, like elementalists.

Warrior, hands down.

Strenght atribute.
Higher armor.
SY and other adrenal skills.

This are the reasons why a scythe warrior will trump over any other scythe char (hell even dervishes imo). Higher DPS, utility, and skill spamability, pets are laughable anyway.

Actually my scythe assassin's DPS trumps over my scythe warrior's DPS. But my warrior has slightly better survivability in HM due to her higher armor.

Pets are still good for the extra DPS and definitely better in NM because they dont take much damage there. In HM, they can be difficult to keep alive at times.

It goes like this:

Scythe Sin > Scythe Warrior > Scythe Dervish > Scythe Ranger

Assuming all out damage builds, anyway (a scythe ranger, for example, beats out a WS dervish).
