i tried it on monday and still i have no message back
i also contacted you, and no reply

i cannot access to my account cuz i forgot my password and i'm not receiveing any mail!

can anyone help me?

We seem to be experiencing problems with the email system after moving servers last week. If you pm me your auction account name I'll try to help you here on the forum in the meantime.

Not sure whats with that email, but I've sorted out Katies_Aura's account via pm. Any others struggling to reset their passwords please pm me here on the forums and I'll assist there.

Having same problems. Apparently my username/password for the auctions is different to the username/password for the forums. And is not one I have written down. :S I have also tried the contact us page with no result.

The email system on guru Still Isn't working, so my suggestion is for who ever is having the problems logging in is for you to leave us your "User name"(for Auctions) and "IGN" so that we can PM you about a reset of your Password, and after that we will ask you to log in a change the password to something of your choice.

Hi, also having this problem. The thing is, Firefox has my password saved, and has for months, but for some reason the site is rejecting my saved password, and I don't recall changing it.

Are these passwords you are talking about account pw's or guru pw's? If they are account passwords then I'm having a problem aswell. I reset my password and didn't get a new one to my email. I contacted the support and still there's no password sent to my email.

These password resets are for the Guru Auctions accounts, in order to reset them we would need your account username for there.

And as I said in the few previous posts, were still having issues receiving some if not all emails so your best bet for now is to post here until there working fully as annoying as it is that is all we can do for now.
