Lost 6 auctions minutes ago... constant problem, but has been okay for a couple weeks; until today.

If you find that some of the auctions are duping and you're unable to delete them personally please let us know so we may sort them out asap, so you don't get any duped items selling,

but other than that am afraid there's nothing more we can do in the situation of lost auctions,

I myself get frustrated at times with it but just have to keep plodding on.

The only auctions that should be "lost" are auctions that have been marked "Deleted". This can be done by either the buyer OR the seller. To try to keep the auctions running the best they can, we have a script that regularly purges the database of all auctions marked "deleted" including all entries pertaining to them (except feedback).

The tradeoff for the added performance is the loss of completed auction data. We apologize for the inconvenience.
