READ First - Game Bugs Forum Rules and Documentation

First of all: We are in no way associated with ArenaNet. This bug forum is a project designed with the intent of documenting bugs so that they are easily found and reproduced, and we hope that developers of Guild Wars will read this, but this is a GuildWarsGuru project, and not an official Guild Wars bug report center. If you have a bug, we would love to have it posted here, but if you are expecting someone from ArenaNet to get the message, your best bet will be to contact support via email or forums. If by chance your issue is more confusion then it is a bug, or you are looking for more thorough help from fellow players, Guru's Q&A section may be the place to go.

Basic rules of the forums apply in this section, along with a few extras.

1. USE THE FORUM SEARCH to see if what you are reporting has been reported before. If it has, DO NOT MAKE A NEW THREAD ABOUT IT.
2. Please read the update notes at The Official Wiki, The Unofficial Wiki and the Support Forums to be sure that what you are reporting is not simply an update you have missed.
3. Don't bump threads for the sake of bumping them. It's not needed, or appreciated. Seriously.
4. Contribute to the topic DIRECTLY AND WITH NEW, RELEVANT INFORMATION ONLY, or don't post. NO IRRELEVANT STATEMENTS ARE PERMITTED. This forum needs to stay as clean as possible so ArenaNet can fix the reported bugs as fast as possible. Posts that do not contribute will be counted as spam, and deleted. Repeated spamming may result in a temporary ban from the forums.
5. Make sure you are reporting a bug and not a game mechanic before posting. Shadow Step skills not bringing you through walls or other objects, for example, is a game mechanic, and not a bug.
6. Do your best to document all bugs as thoroughly as possible with screen shots, videos, mathematical formulas, and the like. It makes it much easier for us to verify these bugs, and for ArenaNet to fix them.
7. Please keep screen shots smaller than omghugenormous. It is preferred that you link to the images, or upload them as attachments, rather than using the [IMG] BBcode to display them directly.
8. Post only one bug per thread. If your submission contains more than one bug, it will be locked or deleted.
9. Make sure your thread title clearly states the problem / bug you are submitting a report on.
10. If a moderator closes a thread, and you feel there was more to be discussed or that the closure was uncalled for, please send a private message to that moderator detailing your concerns. Do not create a new thread on the same subject - it will be locked.

This forum is for in-game bugs only. Out of game issues with the client or otherwise should be discussed in the Technician's Corner.

Things we would like to see when a bug is reported (the more the better)

SCREENSHOTS! Those are some of the best ways of making your point
Feel free to use drawings and diagrams to illustrate your point, but please don't back up your argument with stick-figures.
Your Server (Euro, American, etc)
What zone you are in.
Were there people in your party? Could they see what happened?
If there is a crash, what was the error number?
What skills were involved?
What quests were active?
What chapters do you own?
After what update did you first notice it?
Can you consistently reproduce it?
What did you do right before the error occurred?
