Questions from a returning GW player

Hello hello

I'm a returning GW player as I have been away for several, uh, years lol.

Anyway, I have an Ele/Mo level 20 and when I started playing GW I did not have a lot of experience playing MMOs back then. My question is since after several years have passed I was wondering if I could receive advice on these topics for a lvl 20 Ele/Mo.

Topics.
-Best build nowadays
-Weapon/Armor/Focus items
-Skill point assignments
-Best way to survive if I wish to solo w/o other players, henchmen, and heroes.
-*General topic* I've always wondered what is the best way to make money in the game?

Also I have all campaigns of GW.

Any advice I can get on these topics would be greatly appreciated, thank you guys!
