I'm not sure, it's just my speculations, but I'd say around 20-25e, since the first mod is not very good and second is 19%.
But I might be wrong, so wait for more pc's.

The Paper Lantern could be 10-15e.

id probably merch the lantern, high req imperfect its hct and +5 armor is useless

Its a hard sale but you can get a few plat out of the lantern to the right person.
