Perfect = GOREDENGINEGOREDENGINE...
The word "Perfect" appears to have fallen on the censors disfavor list.
When used in a listing it converts to #@$%.
I use it to describe my Inscriptions/Upgrades, but I guess no more.

OK, so now I'm becoming paranoid.
I see this auction and think, "cool, the issue is resolved"...

So I do a quick test and make an auction with "perfect" in the title/description...

OH NO... it must be just me! *rapidly swivels head about darting quick glances in all directions*
Edit: FYI browser = Firefox 7.0.1 (in case it matters)

For me ONLY the word "rare" since 1 month or so, but it would be okay for me...

Indeed, words like 'rare', 'perfect', and such like should be banned from the english language. Don't people realise how much they infer intolerance to the merely mundaine? These elitist words only serve to make 'ordinary' so much less than 'average'. I would go further and suggest we ban all words that serve to express how much better something is in relation to everything else. This kind of segregation of the ordinary breeds yet more intolerance.
So ban all words that mean extraordinary.
(Just for the record, this is actually a joke. I know how some special people like to interpret things so they can be offended.)

Well, the problem still exists for me. In selling items I have gone to stating the actual max value, which works OK, but now I am trying to list some Perfect Salvage Kits.
So I went with "P erfect" which the minds eye can properly interpret and seems to be acceptable to big brother.
But I always include a picture of the listed item. Well, the name for the picture is "Perfect_Salvage_Kit.png" and fails when included in the link.
I could rip the picture, rename it, stick it on a server and link to that, but the solution should be as simple as stripping the word "perfect" out of the offensive word database.
Is there an update on the "New" auction software status?
Probably not going to happen with GW2 purportedly delivering this year (ha) and having an internal auction/market system.
Any way, GOREDENGINEGOREDENGINE it.
