Hey there,

Some various guesses since no one else has made any I hope you get more opinions, as some of them are very shaky guesses!

r13 Frost Artifact, +1 Water 19%, HCT 19 Water
- Nice drop, but between the dreaded 13 and the 1-offs I would not think more than around 20k. Perhaps higher for the matching Water mods' rarity?

r9 Frost Artifact, +5ar^50, HCT 10
- Nice dual mod r9 inherent focus, but I don't see that combination of mods inspiring big numbers. I'd guess the 10-20k range for this one.

r11 Fire Wand, +5^50, HCT 20 Fire
- I wouldn't think more than 15kish, and could prove hard to sell. +5 is not often favored on wands these days.

r9 Fire Staff, HCT 19 Fire
- I know it vastly depends on skin. If the core wand-looking skin, maybe 10kish. If the Canthan candlestick variation, a lot more (I couldn't even guess.)

r11 Water Staff, HCT 20 Water
- Again, it depends on skin. I would think 40kish if core skin. I'm not sure how much more Canthan-metal variant would go for, but I'm confident it would go for more.

r13 Flame Artifact, 10 vs. Dragons, -bleeding
- Sadly, I think it's merchfood or maybe a lockpick if you get lucky. I'm unable to think of a situation where it would be "just right" to have extra armor against a dragon who makes you bleed but doesn't like fire (and honestly, what kind of dragon would be afraid of fire? some lame, weak bleeding heart dragon! Perhaps you should hang onto this one just in case such a thing arrives during the link to GW2?)

r9 Flame Artifact, +45wE, +5ar/-20hp
- Amazing combo of mods there, but only in the sense that they're amazingly weird. I suppose, in a situation where you could be sure to keep an enchantment on, that would give you constant +12en, +5ar, and +25hp. so maybe it would have some useful application.
Alas, I can't think of any serious use for this particular combo. (I can see how it has great potential combined with the one above for starting a collection called "essential options for fighting off invading emo fail-dragons," but I think that's about the extent of potential uses. Sorry. I don't blame you for keeping them.)

r11 Water Spirit Rod, +5^50, HSR 9
- I don't see many water spirit rods around, and I see even fewer inherent ones. I've never been under the impression it was an especially prized skin though. Given the overall "mehhh" the combo of mods there inspires, I would probably guess merchfood to a lockpick if you're lucky. I'm FAR from an expert in Water Spirit Rods however, so I hope you get more advice.
(It doesn't even go with the collection vs. the emo fail-dragons who don't like fire!)

- No idea, but it doesn't surprise me that you're getting PMs given the popularity of Echos, -2wE, and dual-insc modded inherent shields these days.

r10 Str Amber Aegis, +1 Death 20%, +25wE
- I can see this starting some serious bid wars! As +1 caster att shields go that has so much going for it - very rare skin, max dual mods in a really useful looking combination, many folks running around here who enjoy spoiling their necros. I have no idea how one might PC it, but it would not surprise me to see bids push it over 100k pretty quick.

- I'm not at all familiar with the jugs, but I'm under the impression they're rare and fairly well sought after. That 5ar while attacking mod seems pretty useless on a focus to my eye. I can't offer PC on this except to suggest you put it with the water spirit rod and make a collection vs. not-as-fail-dragons? I hope you get an answer from someone more qualified, but I would guess that's merch to maybe a few lockpicks.

Echo the only thing of any value in the whole lot imo. I'd say 15e-ish possibly more. The Dom shield would be extremely hawt with a +30 on it. With an ench mod it's not worth much but it is a killer skin decent q with perf mods I'd say 20k but you never know. I'd merch the rest tbh just cuz I cba to spam that stuff in Kama. A d nothing but lowballers on wts threads here (unless perf amazing OS stuff and minis - but even then lol). Gl and hf

The other day a I had a high req Forked Sword with 14/-1hp to sell for a friend. A quick look around the forums led me to believe that 30-40k range was where I should aim. Don't merch that thing! I doubt you get any boost in price from the skin or the req., but it's the base for a one-handed double-vamp - that makes it 30-40k at least. I haven't had any others to test if the floor on the value is actually higher.

I'd say your r13 Wicked Blade falls into the same category.

The r9 Dual Gothic Axe probably gets a significant price boost for having fancy req and fancy skin. I'm not sure how to PC them in those cases, though. But 100k or more would not surprise me.

I can't see that being more than a few plat, if it's even not merchfood. That combination of mods just ... has no use. Perhaps you could get a couple plat from someone collecting weird-lulzy inherent stuff?

Maybe a few plat to a collector of inherent foci, but I wouldn't expect much at all.

Also for most all basic wands... +5 energy inherent mod is generally not sought? Do people use or collectors look for say r10 Air +5 energy w hexed, enchanted, etc HSR 10%? I have a bunch I'm about to merch, but wanted to check before hand.

I think it's save to merch those these days. Over the past couple years, I've seen some wands with, say, 20 HSR or HCT and +5^50 or +5wE be PC'd @ 10-20kish, but they don't sell well. Without a 19-20 HCT or HSR to spruce it up, I wouldn't expect more than a few plat, if even that much, for one with the energy mods you described.

Can you tell what to look for in offhands. 20/20 is obvious, but what other basic combos are nice?

About the wands--

As a pretty veteran collector of nice elementalist wands and staves, I can decisively say the value of wand mods goes in this order:
1) 20 / 20
2) 20 / +5e^50
3) 20 / +15e/-1e
4) 20 / 10
5) Anything Else

If you have any of these with good skins and good requirements, then they will be worth a pretty penny.

For example, a r9 Fire Celestial Scepter with 20 HCT / 15/-1 cost me around 350e. Aris (i dealer i) has a r9 Dragon's Breath Wand that is 20 HCT / 10 HCT that I would gladly pay over a stack for.

It really depends on the skin/mod combination.

Anyway, just my 2 cents.

well i sold my q9 vamp gothic axe for 30e and i let it sit for a little bit too. gothic dual is the bees knees and all, but i honestly think 100e would be pushing it. but as u know, its worth what someone will pay for it. ... but where were those ppl when i put my axe up :P gl

Not sure how to PC that, but I thought jimbo's recent PC for an r9 version of the same thing might prove useful if you've not seen it already. (It's added in as an edit at the bottom of OP last I saw.)

Given the market, you may be looking at a more severe than linear drop in prices once you get away from the shininess of r9 - I'm not sure.
