I don't remember vividly but I got this as a drop farming for Lightbringer points in the Mirror of Lyss.

Boneclaw Staff
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy + 10%
Cold Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 10 Death Magic)
Inscription: "Aptitude not Attitude"
Halves casting time of Death Magic spells (Chance: 20%)

IDK if I should take off the Inscription though.

The staff is a common skin, not worth the time to try and sell it seeing as how it's a Q10. Salvage the Inscription (3-6k for it) and merch the staff if retained.
