HOLY CRAP!!!

Well, there is some stuff that sounds exciting to me, some stuff that has me curious and worried for the details seem only partially detailed, and alot of time to ponder in between.

I know I want to check out GW:EN.

GW2?

GAILE! WERE DO WE SING UP FOR THE BETA?!?!?!?!
I want to see this in action before I make any doom/praise statements on the future of GW.

She's what, 12 years old by the end of Nightfall? Yea, real useful hero...

The +20 level might just be a sort of title. Like, Legendary Survivor is about lvl 100 not died. It doesn't make anyone any stonger.

There's been requests about showing off your XP. Maybe this will be it... A character with 1,337k XP, will have level 100, but will be in theory as strong or weak as a character with 140k XP, at level 20, concerning attributes and such.

As said, XP does not tell player capabilities, neither does any title.

Sure hope I'm right, would hate to lvl grind to be allowed to do something

I’m sorry Inde thanks for the whole update, you did a fine job piecing things together. Anyways I’ll wait until thing cool down here before I start asking any questions it’s a mad house in here. If you can do me a favor and give me an update about the professions I would really appreciate it. Otherwise the question gets lost in this mess.

That's not "advancement." Advancement is a physical growth.

As I said in the other thread, the "advancement" will likely be additional damage only effective in PvE.

Well that's good about what you said Inde, that means my titles I've collected won't go to waste totally, neither the weapons/shields I'm presuming. That keeps me happy kind of. I'll just have fun right now though, instead of worrying about having my 11 characters beat the game. Well 9 now. Just use Gareth to do everything and take it easy with all the others. Smooth fun roads ahead.

This GW2 is become more like WoW (Scream like a girl). Stick to the level 20 level cap please please please please. I don't mind the other stuff.

Everyone is gonna complain, that's what change does to people.

Anet Made history by changing the formula, sounds like they are doing it again. I LOVE the Idea that things will be more persistant, that will add to the in-game community. The level cap sounds odd, but I bet they will pull it off well. As for the races, I'm allways down for more visual variety.

I am intrigued by GW2. EotN sounds great too. We'll see!

edit: Hope we can atleast take our GOLD over to GW2, geez!

I feel sad ATM, cuz of the higher level cap, and playable races, well I don't have a problem with Charr, but the rest are just weird. Please reconsider some of the things your trying to do, maybe take a poll in diff forums, I am pretty sure you haven't gone too much into the game so there is still the posibility of change to plans right? I mean you want your game to sell, don't you? that is your goal right?

One question, are you people going to be using a similar engine to that of Aion: the tower of eternity?

Well, I actually do not mind a level 30 cap (or 31, Glint FTW!!!), but the rest is just a little like other mmos out there. I moved to GW cuz it was different, it felt more like an FPS game than a grinding alternate social life like WoW. Hm....DX10 huh? so in the graphics setting, we're gonna have ULTRA MODE as a choice?
