any1 know how to increase the party cap passed 2

Yes.

The further into the game you are, the more party spaces become available.

In the ascalon searing, you can only have 2 party members.

After the searing, 4 party members.

Then a 5-6 missions later 6 or so spaces.

The max cap at the moment is a maximum of 8 spaces.
