Default one char lags more than all others

Hi everyone,

Not quite sure if this belongs here. My problem has been persisting for just over a month maybe? One of my characters, my ele, seems to lag more than every other of my chars (I have 8). It's not just a tiny bit either...like when I'm on my sin, his ping will read 150-300 or so. Then I swap to my ele and it goes up to 1.5k-3k. My other chars also have around the same ping as my sin. I've asked around in my guild but no one seems to have the same problem. I wanted to send to support but heard from a guildie I would need to send a bunch of stuff so thought I would try here. If any one has any ideas as to how to solve this I will be grateful.

Thank you

Yes I moved all my chars to Kaineng, then when I noticed my ele was lagging more than the others, I moved her to Hzh but noticed she was lagging there too. I then moved other chars there and they were fine too, so I moved her to proph and nf areas but same there.

I have to sleep so I won't be able to reply till tomorrow but thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Cant be much help but yesterday i had bad lag - rubber banding and a few times cast skills and waited for either my death or foes death.
Did also check this on 3 diff chrs on same account and even checked 2nd account and were all laggy.
Possibly its a route problem between us and the servers - lets hope they sort it ( or it sorts itself ) ready for canthan new yr as i can see a lot of players being annoyed that the finals went bad due to lag.
Only other thing i can suggest is use -image command or redo a clean datfile and -image ( how to use -image has been covered in many posts and search will help find them ).Sometimes a bad datfile can affect one chr rather than whole account as their location etc may be a part holding bad data etc.
And also i had quite a few lag spikes in cantha with a red icon on entry where la/kamadan went in green on entry.

It's ok, thank you for trying to help anyways. I can only hope it's the sever problem I guess. I was mainly playing on my ele and spoiling her because of the recent and impending ele update, so I didn't notice that she was experiencing higher pings than my other chars until later. At first I thought it was due to wintersday, but perhaps CNY is the problem now...but strange it only happens with my ele...ergh it is annoying, I really find that strange. Guess I will resign from her for a while and see what happens after CNY.
