Nicholas Sarkozy? Probably France at a guess.

If you after Nicholas the Traveler though, he changes every Monday, but is currently in Fahranur on Istan (NF)

And you might want to hang onto any Mergoyle Skulls, Hardened Humps, Shadowy Remnants, or extra Bog Skale Fins you might get while farming. He'll be asking for those in the future. Oh, yeah, Glowing Hearts and Feathered Caromi Scalps, too.

Nick hasn't been following the previous list order since he restarted. That said, the advice to buy linen is sound, since it will be stupidly expensive come the week he's collecting it. Jade and Amber also spring to mind.

Well, Jade and Amber is fairly easy to farm. Just do some factions PvP.

Getting there

To get to The Fissure of Woe, all players of the party must be Ascended or Weh no Su (Elonian characters may instead complete the quest Hunted!). Players must then either use a Passage Scroll to the Fissure of Woe, or pay 1 to a Champion of Balthazar at a Statue of Balthazar while the world has the Favor of the Gods in any of the following locations:
