New Login Problem started 27th November 2011 - Guild Wars Forums

Login impossible -
this seams to be the 3rd login issue now in a short time...
On Guru forum you can't edit your thread (internal server error 500). ~ :|

edit: I guess it's figured out yet. :)

Yes indeed, yet another login issue that shows that it has never been resolved. I suppose we can't complain because it is free and everyone are volunteers and we should just be happy with what we have so we had just better shut up.

Just tried logging in to the auctions section, unable to. From Chrome it just repopulates the username and password fields without going further. From IE it's just blanks out the username and password fields. Not even telling me the login is incorrect (which it's not).

Same here. Yeah frustrating to say the least gang. As far as volunteers go, somebody is making money for ad clicks, etc. so...yeah, frustrating.

You guys should be able to log in now. Had a couple of the devs log in and out with no 500 errors.

This issue has never been fixed and it looks like it never will either. About every 3 to 4 weeks the issue reappears for 24 hours then disappears until next time. People think it has been fixed but nothing is further from the truth. Only a new auction system will address all the outstanding issues with the auctions.

The issue was fixed, well, it seeeemed fixed a couple times.....but has reared it's ugly head again just today Jan. 4. (/agree Urass::bad start for 2012)

As of this morning still not working for me.
Edit: Ok nevermind. I had requested yesterday my password be sent to my email, which it never was. Did it again today and discovered it was a password reset function (randomized).
Works now.

It functioned fine for some h o u r s, then the next glitch at GWGuru Auctions (so I guess prospective buyers will avoid that place soon)
a n d GWGuru forum has "500 Internal Error" again (for large posts as occasional surprise) like yesterday, too.
Curse it!

This issue was never 'fixed'. If it was 'fixed' then we wouldn't be having the same problems over and over and over and over again.

I will add a prediction that the login issue will miraculously resolve around 0830hrs GMT - Lets see how close I am.

Well it worked fine yesterday I bid on 3 things. But since last night and this morning 5:53am PST I can't log in. Never did get a new password reset email.

I do want those things I bid on
