New Login Problem started 18th October approx 11am GMT - Guild Wars Forums

Anyone else unable to log-in on their auction account? (2011.09.30 14:00 UTC)

I enter user id & password, press enter and the page recycles back to asking for user id & password.

I am having the same problem.
Tried to get a new pass but the password retrieval option by e-mail does not appear to function either.

yes.. because the e-mail notification have some problems since some months >.<
then we can only wait a reply or, better, an help of mods T_T

Having the same problem too... I had the password trouble as well before and the mods were...un-helpfull (to be polite).

e-mail has been working for me since the first of the month.

Me too, same problem. And Firefox stores my password, so it's not like I'm typing it wrong.

Same problem here. Tried password very carefully multiple times over the last 12 hours. Thanks for any help.

We have three threads on the login issue atm.... must be universal.

Probably the user database was corrupted... hope they have a backup

Believe me folks your not the only ones to be experiencing this :P I myself cannot log into the site, I have informed Wyn so hopefully she can get something going ^^ if not it will be upto Curse or the chaps that own the Auction software.

Awwww I'm not the only one.
It said my password is wrong since yesterday and I can't retrieve it with the mail.
Well... My pass isn't wrong, no one knows it. I've an auction ending tomorrow and I need to manage it, help!

i've disabled all notification for sold auctions, relisted and so on and they are still sended to my e-mail >.<

Fixed it seems. Been able to log in and check my account now two times. Just came back to say THAAAAANK YOU!! Much appreciated to whoever was responsible for the timely fix!
