Ice Tooth Cave.

Leave Beacons Perch into Deldimor Bowl, head North, wayy North and there will be a pass to the E thru the mountains, take it and you will end up in a large ice area with Minotaurs and Shiverpeaks, the cave area is in the middle.

Instead of going all the way to the Ice Tooth Cave, pick it up at Grendich Courthouse.
