Default How do you think GW2 will run on this spec?

GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5700
CPU: AMD Phenom 2 X6 2.80Ghz
RAM: 4GB (2x2GB) Corsair Dominator DDR3

--

That's my specs above, now I know that the offical specs for Gw2 have yet to be released but wondering what peoples opinions are on how well i'll be able to run GW2 at 1920x1080 with this machine

Thanks!

Ash

Personally if looking to build any DX11 will be able to play it. You should be fine currently if dx 11 causes problems you can usually turn it off on new games. The big thing is flare if you want Huge displays with high pixle count and all the shinny things then Crossfire and overclock is your option. Unless you are loaded with cash there are some tasty overpriced cards coming out soon. But most of them will need overhauls to you rig to power them. Memory is getting cheap 8 gigs may be something to look at.

6850 and 6870 (good card for the money)

one question which HD5700 do you have the 5750 or 5770?

The 5770 was quite good a year ago so would run gw2 fairly well, I'm guessing.

The 5750 I'm sure it will run but if you need to put everything on low i dunno.

should be easy enough to find in device manger found in the control panel. In device manger the video card is found under display adapters.

Possible that will say the same thing tho.

Maybe not at very highest but i'm sure it will run well enough.

We will have to wait until the specs for the game comes out.

itll run, about medium settings without being too choppy.

consider getting a second graphics card and overclocking your CPU/memory slightly

SOURCE: I played demo so I know what kind of rig you need

I would say it should run fairly well. You should have no problem maintaining a good frame rate - it would just be a matter of what level of graphic goodness you can attain.
