UPDATE:

Had almost forgotten I ordered this and indeed I'd resigned myself to yet another service letting me down.

However long the delay in getting round to me was though, they more than made it up for it.

Easy to talk to, no flaws (aside from one at the very beginning - no harm done) and as I missed out one of the chests because I died due to lag issues they came back and ensured I got what I deserved.

Highly recommended.
