GWAMM after linking

Hey, I was wandering: what if I achieve GWAMM after linking the GW2 account? Will my character be able to show it? Or only if I had it when I do the linking?
I know that HoM automatically updates, but is the same for this title?

GWAMM in and of itself is not a hom achievement. The only titles that you get are the rewards listed on the hom page. The equivalent title is "Champion of the Gods" at 50/50.

Yes, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to display the title "God Walking Among Mere Mortals" in GW2 if your GW1 character has it. This is answered in the HoM FAQ:

Q: Will I be able to continue earning Hall of Monuments rewards in Guild Wars after Guild Wars 2 is released?

A: Yes.

I don't have any personal experience to prove this, but GWAMM should be just like any other HoM reward.

Edit: And GWAMM is indeed a title in GW2. I got it before GW2 was released and therefore can not personally confirm if one can still display it, if they achieved it after GW2 was released.

Incorrect. While GWAMM indeed isn't a HoM achievement, it still can be displayed in GW2.
To answer WizAs' question, yes, you can show titles (whether it's GWAMM or x/50) if you earn them after linking the accounts.
