Guru account log in help

Hi guru people

Im having some trouble logging on, so Im asking a friend to post this for me.
I am Raven Wing (guru name) and I have lost my password. I have tried the password retrieval option, but I receive no message. I have emailed the admins on this Contact us link 2 days ago and got no reply.
I even tried to create an alternative account on my wife's email, but received no activation email.
I hope somebody can help me.

I just fixed the email set up on the server. If you try to recover your password you should get the email now.
