You seriously couldn't just have a GW2 forum right on this one? Kind of like you do, but instead of a link, you get an actual board just like the others.

Why make people sign up for another board, and not have a universal guru one with all Guildwars related shit?

Different idea were implemented in gw2guru interface.

My only issue with GW2G is I cannot register with gw2g without unsubing from gwg.

I strongly believe separate forums was the correct decision for many reasons that you all have probably already discussed. Primarily, a single forum for both games would likely result in a long list of subforums, making navigation a chore each and every time. Segregation of discussion is another plus since the two games are actually quite different from one another.

I do have a question somewhat related to this. Whenever Curse ends up switching to IPB, will users then be directed to login with a Curse user ID? If Curse login becomes a requirement for Guru login, will a Curse login also log you in to GW2Guru for users who have linked all the accounts together? If that didn't make any sense, I am asking if a hypothetical Curse login would simultaneously log a user into Curse, GWGuru, and GW2Guru. I ask this because I am also a member of another forum where Curse switched to IPB, and login with Curse then became a requirement.
