Guild Wars Guru Auction Question.

Hello there,
I recently returned to Guild Wars after a long break and wanted to recover the password for my GWGuru Auction account.
I used the 'Forgot Password' option but didn't get an email after 15 minutes.
Tried again, still no email after 15 minutes. I then decided to use the 'Contact Us' option but haven't received a reply to that yet either (This was all yesterday evening).
This morning I tried the 'Forgot Password' again, but again, no email after 15 minutes.

Now I was just wondering, is there something with the GWGuru Auction site (because I used the 'Reset Password' option on the forums here this morning, and I got that email immediatly, same email adress)?

Thank you for the answer (after 5 days I wasn't really expecting an answer anymore, so this came as a bit of a surprise).
I shall post my IGN and Guru Auction Username in the other thread then?
