Yes, it's old news. It's also WRONG news because ANet said they'll release Chapter 2 in Q2.

Never trust any game release dates apart from those on the product's website.

i wouldnt bet money on this date, all online shops guess the date to get the pre-order molah in, its the best case scenario, as its been announced in Q2

ArenaNet hasn't said it in solid stone yet, so I wouldn't rely on it to be the exact release date. It could be earlier, could be later, could be dead on.
