Hi guys I was just wondering, is it actually possible to sell my guild hall, i have everything in it, it's just that I have no guild mates, and I'm terrible at recruiting, so any advice would be helpful, can I sell my guild?

You can sell the guild but unless it's won a cape in GvG there really isn't much of a market for them.

so without the GVG cape, how much is it worth, with a full guild hall?

Full Guild Hall costs 510k, so you can try to sell it for 300k. Some people will rather save 210k then have a guild name and tag that of their choice.
But like Calista said, it's not easy to get rid of guild without trim and still get some money back.

i've tried to sell a few full ghs in my day, most i ever got offered was 30k and that was for a guild with an asian tag and a good name so honestly its not worth the trouble imo

If you recruit or sell / delete the guild is your choice.

If as you say yourself in the OP you are terrible at recruiting, I would personally just look for a guild you would want to join. As soon as you leave teh guild you are in and you were the last member, this guild will cease to exist.

An alternative would be to see if you could join an alliance that would accept a one man guild. Keep in mind however, that no big alliance would accept a such a small guild.

If you want to sell the guild, the best spot would be the sales section in Ventaris here. People look for guilds which they can park their mule accounts in so that they are not molested by recruiters whenever they log in and dont have a guild tag behind their names.
