I've had this glitch multiple times (and other than at wintersday time). Only 'fix' I found was to map elsewhere, sometimes several times, before it righted itself.

Happened to me too. I kept on swapping headpieces out until I got my eyes and lips back.. I ran around the guild hall messing with guildies for a good half hour, then I swapped headpieces until I got my face back..

Happened twice, before and after the build update a few days ago.

Its not working with me

I wanted to try to mess with peoples head. Oh well I guess I will have to remain non-headless in my dragonguard costume :P
