email notification - Guild Wars Forums

I thought I had seen a posting on email issues, but I cannot find it.

I am no longer receiving email notification on items sold, PMs received, outbids, etc.

I checked my settings and the email address entered is correct, and all the proper notification settings are selected/checked.

Is there anything else to be done?

The problem isn't at your end. Ever since the server move/maintenance/whatever on June 7 (approximately) emails have been a bit funky. Unfortunately I don't think there's much we can do except wait for the admins/tech dudes to sort it out. Perhaps keep an eye on your spam folder though just in case.

lol, seems this whole system requires you to stand on one leg, point your finger up and hold your mouth just so in order to keep things working

Thanks re spam folder suggestion, but I depend on my emails and am one of those anal people who do not trust a filter to sort their incoming email. So I don't use a spam folder and deal with it as they come in.

I got the same - im not receiving email notification from auctions page, but receive private messages from forum - strange.
About half a year has passed since the e-mails stopped coming.

Started getting email notification again last night... hope it stays
