Anyone know who is actually in charge of administering account and/or login information? For some odd reason the password for my AUCTIONS login (different than the FORUMS login) was made invalid, so I clicked on the link to request a new password to be emailed to the email address that I signed up to guru with. Never received an email with the new password info (it's been more than a day). Yes...I checked spam and junk mail...nada. I think clicked on the 'Contact Us' link that was provided should one not get an email with the password reset. No response there either (also more than a day). Any clues what I can do next?

I had a big problem with this, the contact us link doesn't actually contact anyone. It took me some time to find that you had to post your issues on this forum. I was pretty annoyed because I was treated like I was retarded for not knowing this.

Yes, the contact link works. It goes straight to my email. Unfortunately, I am not at my computer 24/7 nor in the same timezone as many people so sometimes it takes a bit of time to get a response. Though if it's a Ventari's issue, it usually gets forwarded to cosyfiep and auction stuff gets forwarded to Wynthyst.

Also, it looks like the auction system was fixed, so please try to request a new password.
