Charged Blackness Skills? - Guild Wars Forums

Hey, im currently in the process of creating my solo UW Derv Build and ive almost got it nailed but i need to now how to protect myself from the charged blackness, for about 10 - 15 seconds.

Any Idea's Guys.

Bearing in mind i only have one skill slot free now.

If you've got a free PvE slot then I Am Unstoppable is a fairly standard response.
Otherwise you need to look at stuff like Balanced Stance of Fleeting Stability.

do you have spell protection? i think all of the previous posts are talking about shock, but i know the other spells of charged blackness are really strong if you don't have shadow form/obsidian flesh/etc.

otherwise, some ims and some juking skills is all u need to run around them.
u can even get ur ims from a cupcake or something.

u could also just bring heroes to beast the way up mountain then send them away to farm. unless your trying to actually solo uw.

Well i think shadow form is the best approach for now as they have all skill attacks except for shock which i can withstand but, i swear the last time i used Shadow they hit me through it and killed me have the updated it or something recently?

Read carefully the description for Shadow Form; it doesn't prevent attacks from landing anymore.
Any real advice will require you to share your build.

Shock isn't a "Spell" Its a skill. Meaning it can Pass through shadowform Cover up as it's only protects against "Spells".
