Indeed. I paid 70K yesterday(can't be bothered to wait), and I saw that price range in search and trade, along with the usual high WTS ads(12e, 13e, 100K, 100K + 90e(WTF?)).

Apparently over 450 fortunes was unable to defeat the RNG, because no mini for me. Yes, I know the number of fortunes doesn't necessarily guarantee a drop.

Thats odd... it seemed to me as though dragons were fairly common. In recent years, I was never able to get a celestial mini without buying one, but this year I got one on about my 20th fortune. Many of my guildies were having the same kind of luck as well.

Sometimes I wish there was a collector exchanging 250 fortunes for the miniature, sacrificing the item effects, fireworks and money in exchange for a sure miniature.

The odds are supposed to be about 1 every stack or so, so it would be a fair trade.

I got 3 dragons after opening just 600 fortunes, at about 100, 300 and 450, plus over 20K in gold and over 400 party points.
