is /bug still supposed to work for bug reports? - Guild Wars Forums

Like two months ago I was able to use it to report a problem where my morale boosts wouldn't show up. Today I had a problem where my morale boosts wouldn't show up, and my adrenaline would build up but not display on the skill icons. When I did /bug for each, it no longer said: Thank you for submitting your bug report! afterwards.

It just sat there. I tried to do /bugreport in case I was remembering it wrong, and it said Unknown Command. So it seems like /bug is the right command, but I don't know if it's actually doing anything. Does anyone know what the deal is?

Apparently they don't look at those now. I think somebody said that they think they heard somebody say that Gaile said they don't look at them.

If you know what I mean.

Gaile has said in her LA appearances that /bug is no longer used, sorry.

Argh. Well, I wish they would have officially mentioned it. Or changed it to say You must fill out bug reports from the ArenaNet website when you do /bug. Thanks to all who replied for helping me not waste any more time on /bug!!

Actually they have been saying all along to report any problems you may have by using the support link on the login page or by going directly to support on their website. Gaile has mentioned many times in her LA talks that /bug hasn't worked since Release.
