I was was just wondering what the basic Nuker build is becuse i looked it up on wiki and none of them are really nukers so any help?

there isnt really a "basic nuker". what did you find on wiki that isnt really nuker?
for starters nuker is usually Ele although a few other classes can also "nuke" at least to some extent.
Ele nuker builds vary but it pretty much comes to a few high dmg AoE skills, a form of e-management and sometimes utility.
some dmg skills to choose from: [skill]savannah heat[/skill][skill]searing flames[/skill][skill]Rodgort's Invocation[/skill][skill]fireball[/skill][skill]liquid flame[/skill][skill]searing heat[/skill][skill]meteor shower[/skill]
some e-management skills to choose from: [skill]mind blast[/skill][skill]fire attunement[/skill][skill]elemental attunement[/skill][skill]glyph of lesser energy[/skill][skill]glyph of energy[/skill][skill]ether prodigy[/skill][skill]assassin's promise[/skill]
some boosting skills to choose from: [skill]glyph of sacrifice[/skill][skill]glyph of concentration[/skill][skill]glyph of swiftness[/skill][skill]glyph of immolation[/skill][skill]glyph of elemental power[/skill][skill]glyph of renewal[/skill][skill]echo[/skill][skill]arcane echo[/skill]
some utility to choose from: [skill]ward against melee[/skill][skill]ward against foes[/skill][skill]ward of stability[/skill][skill]convert hexes[/skill][skill]extinguish[/skill][skill]heal party[/skill]

pick 3-4 dmg skills, 1-2 e-management the rest utility/boosters, oh and 1 res of course

Don't forget Pain Inverter, best EoTN skill out there, not including norn skills

does mind blast+ rogerts still work after the nerf, i havent tried it out yet

yes, it still works great, just use a 20/20 off hand and 20/20 wand

Thats pretty good. 2 skills you might want to look at also though would be [Skill]Mark of Rodgort[/Skill] or [Skill]Glowing Gaze[/Skill] specifically when used together.

[Searing Flames] + [Glowing Gaze] + [Fire Attunement]

or

[Mind Blast] + [Rodgort's Invocation] + [Fire Attunement]

or

[Savannah Heat] + [Arcane Echo] + [Fire Attunement]

That is basically your basic nuker bar.

My basic Nuker build is or was this [meteor shower@14][incendiary bonds@14][fireball@14][flare][elemental attunement@13][aura of restoration@13][ward against melee@6][resurrection signet]

I mostly use Air now so and I have update my fire build instead of Incend I use SF.

No Nightfall? No problem.

[elemental attunement@9][fire attunement@14][arcane echo][rodgort's invocation@14] Then take your pick. Ward Against Melee is nice.
