ArenaNet, Thank You for Wintersday Redux.
I have a bunch of candy cane shards that I have not exchange for gifts, and what do you know, Wintersday is still here as I typed.
I then discover the Wintersday Hat Giver guy in LA. I realised that ArenaNet did not have to run Wintersday again, they could have just place the Hat Giver guy in LA, I appreciate this effort from ArenaNet!
THANK YOU! You are truly wonderful, Best MMORPG forever

Naw but tis pretty sweet, although the hat problem shouldn't have happened in the first place. Enjoyed Snowball AT though.

I agree that a full Redux wasn't neccesary. They did it anyway, which is cool. So thanks indeed!

Shouldn't the redux have ended hours ago? Quests are still doable.

I've owned GW for darned near 3 years but have played very sporadically. This Wintersday Redux was the first time I've ever really participated in a holiday/festival. It was pretty awesome. I'm really grateful (and a little shocked) that a game that is FREE to play online has things like this for its players. Thanks!

Yeah it was great, real nice to see it so crowded for once.
Too bad I didn't get the mini polar bear, but I think I am not alone there

I thought the same thing at first, but then I realized that wouldn't have worked. Nobody would have had any CC shards.
They had to run the event for the collector to make any sense.
Anyway, still very grateful. Came at a terrible time for me so I wasn't able to snowball at all, but I know a lot of people appreciated it.

Dont miss the Canthan New Years stuff next weekend in Shing Jea! Always enjoyable.
+1/2 to ANET for running again (-1/2 for running during Super Bowl )
NEW YORK (AP)
The Super Bowl was watched by more than 106 million people, surpassing the 1983 finale of "M-A-S-H" to become the most-watched program in television history.

I did not receive the grenth hat during first 2009 Wintersday though i tried during multiple finales.
The redux? Nope, still no grenth hat and need 86 more ccs to buy one.
Thanks Anyway, I still had fun.

A weekend would have been cool but a whole week was awesome. The Snowball Dominance quest was a great way for a couple of my characters to finish off the evil Ebon Vanguard title track. Great fun - many thanks!

Yes, thank you Arenanet!
I didn't have much chance to participate in this event, but it was something fun and different to do for a little while.
