Sever Artery

Do you think Sever Artery is viable at higher levels? If so, explain why.

If not, what strength/swordsmanship skills you you use in pvp?

Absolutely, bleeding takes away 6 health a second from the target, and if the bleed effects lasts 21 seconds (at swords rank 12) then it adds up 126 damage in total! That's really nice, plus while the enemy is bleeding you can use Gash, and you can make it even more useful if you have skills that depend on an enemy suffering from a condition. There's a couple skills like that I think.

Indeed, it is the corner stone of the sword bleeding strategy. Surround yourself with foes you've struck with bleeding effects, cast Victory is Mine and reap the whirlwind. There are even swords that have extend bleeding attributes out there so get em if you can.
