Best Staff/Wand+Focus-Combo for PvP-Ele/Mes ?

Hi, I wanted to know which the best Staff or Wand+Focus-combo for an Ele/Mes is, concerning PvP @ Tombs.(8vs8...)

First some information about my build(s):

1.)
Air 12+4
Energy Storage 10+1
Inspiration 8

Glyph of Elemental Power
Lightning Strike
Lightning Javelin
Chainlightning
Lightning Orb
Air Attunement
Drain Enchantment
Energy Drain

2.)
Air 12+4
Energy Storage 10+1
Earth 8+1

Lightning Strike
Lightning Javelin
Chainlightning
Lightning Orb
Air Attunement
Armor of Earth
Arcane Echo
Ether Renewal

Currently I´m using an Air Wand with +20% recharge and an Air Focus with +12 Energy, +20% fast cast, +20% recharge.

This combo seems to be very nice, but maybe there is a better one for my builds(and maybe you have some tips for my skill choices)
