Nerf nerf!

I propose that the word 'nerf' be added to gwgurus profanity filter. My suggestion is that 'nerf' be automatically translated to 'improvement' and 'nerfed' to 'improved'.

The basis for this suggestion is the severe and increasing over- and mis-use of the term 'nerf' in the fora.

(as an aside, I'd also suggest that 'RED ENGINE GO' be replaced with 'I'm a potty-mouth, please wash my mouth with soap'. But I digress.)

If it ever was added, changing 'godly' to 'okayish' would help to.

The problem with 'nerf' is that it is a word that can have a normal meaning. Somethimes ANet does 'nerf' something. In which case it isn't an 'improvement' but a 'downgrade' (that sounds terrible).
It goes bad when 'nerf' is misused for bugfixes or 'ANet nerfs everything. it's stupid'.
maybe 'nerf' ==> 'changes'

There are a few installed allready on GWG. They are called mods and admins.There is nothing against idiocy in the forum rules (http://www.guildwarsguru.com/content/guild-wars-guru-forum-guidelines-id1478.php). Idiot is subjective anyway, and everybody is someone else's idiot.

Enforcing the current forum rules requires a lot of work (the amount of forum posts is just too big), so we'd need arms of mass deletion against stupidity. :(
