Avatar Problem

Im trying to put a picture of my gw character as my avatar but I can't seem to be able to get it to work, I use a photo editor to make sure it is 100 pixels or less and it says its not a valid photo. :confused:

It needs to be less than 19kb in size.

Are you saving it as the correct file type? Try JPG or PNG. If you're still having problems, mention the error here word for word.
