GWG Skills Listings out of date

I noticed that some of the skills information is out of date in the guildwarsguru skills listing area. For example, holy veil still has a listed casting time of 2 (1 as of the present patch), and Balthazar's Aura has a listed casting time of 1 instead of 2.

Do the GWG admins normally update this info with each patch?
