I move that you should at least have like 10 posts in the forum, before you can make a thread. WHy?

I see STUPID new threads too much. Some guy made a new account for reasons such as:

1. Can someone please post an updated and coherent UW Solo build for me please?
2. Can someone listen to my rant about what needs to be changed, even though I'm only in ascalon so far?
3. Peace out suckas, I'm off to WoW.

some people also do a lot of searching for their info and read through other posts but don't feel the need to respond to any threads.

that is, until they run across a question/problem/dilemma that they cannot solve be searching forums or online and so they have to post a question which is in the form of a new thread because no other threads they found contained the same information or topic.
