Trader Rating problem

When I tried to adjust someone's trader rating, the forum gave me the message that my account was not authorized to do so.

It's one of the things that went down when the boards were updated.

will new posts (that have been posted by anyone...with the party etiquete thread and some other posts that never changed on one side and changing posts on the other) be posted on the homepage like they were before october? <---Will you bring it back please :confused: :) <---EDIT
